A 2D image animation inspired by Shoko Nishimiya from Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice). The original still image was separated into different visual layers and animated in Adobe After Effects to create a greater sense of depth and movement. Subtle motion was added to the hair, character, background, lighting, and atmospheric elements to make the frame feel more alive while preserving the soft and emotional mood of the original artwork. The goal was not to completely change the illustration, but to enhance it through controlled motion, parallax, lighting, and compositing, turning a static anime image into a short cinematic animation.
